Patna, May 11. (PTI): Mayawati's victory in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election was celebrated today by the Bihar Bahujan Samaj Party with a difference.
Hundreds of party workers, led by the BSP leader in the state assembly Ramchandra Singh Yadav, assembled at the party headquarters here and fired several rounds in the air to celebrate the party's victory.
Yadav while talking to reporters later said that the victory of the BSP was 'a forgone conclusion' because of the services rendered by Mayawati and late Kansi Ram.
He claimed that Mayawati would complete her full five-year term and expedite justice, which was not dekivered to the dalits and weaker sections of society when the Samahwadi Party Government led by Mulayam Singh Yadav was in power.
