Patna, May 01: In a bid to make the 'National Gardening Mission, 2007' a success in Bihar, the government will launch a three-day gardening campaign at every Block headquarters from May second.Official sources here said today, the government will adopt the mission from this rainy season and had issued necessary instructions to the block administration to creat awareness among farmers. The sources said plantation of fruits like Mango, Litchi, Guava, Fig, Pineapple, Makhana along with tissue culture would be promoted under the scheme for which the farmers would be given special training. The farmers attending the workshop would have to register themselves, sources added.
